Winterville
Conceived as an alternative festive destination far removed from the ubiquitous Christmas fair model, Winterville was a first-of-a-kind major winter public event.
In its inaugural year, we worked from the concept stage onward with the directors to project manage the launch. Our role spanned all areas of the organisation and promotion of this start-up project, including P&L development, content programming, site production, marketing and partnerships management.
The destination was jam-packed with venues and attractions, featuring a Spiegeltent with 50+ shows, an original panto production, a roller disco, a makers' market, themed bars, club nights, a fairground, a Santa’s Grotto (run by unicorns) and a full-size ice rink.
Over 250,000 people attended the month-long debut.
