Winterville
Conceived as an alternative festive destination far removed from the ubiquitous Christmas fair model, Winterville was a first-of-a-kind major winter public event.
For its inaugural year, the launch was project-managed from the concept stage onward in close collaboration with the event owners. Delivery spanned all areas of the organisation and promotion of this start-up project, including P&L development, content programming, site production, marketing and partnerships management.
The destination was jam-packed with venues and attractions, featuring a Spiegeltent with 50+ shows, an original panto production, a roller disco, a makers' market, themed bars, club nights, a fairground, a Santa’s Grotto (run by unicorns) and a full-size ice rink.
Over 250,000 people attended the month-long debut.
